If you've been by the CDS playground lately, you likely have noticed a colorful and educational new addition! Members of the West Rotary Group, West Satellite Rotary Group, and the Interact Group painted a giant United States map on our playground. The groups' motto is service before self and this was one of their recent service projects. The map is not only a bright decoration, but also an opportunity for students to learn about geography and practice the names and locations of the states! Several former Goddard teachers as well as some current GHS and EHS students helped with this project. Thank you Rotarians for your gift!
