GHS KAY is hosting the annual Mother/Son Nerf Battle on Sunday, March 9th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. There will be pizza, snacks, obstacles courses for nerf battles, dodgeball and games. All pre-K through 6th grade boys and their moms are invited to come have a blast! KAY will provide the nerf darts and safety glasses. Please bring your own nerf dart launchers. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28th, the kids are out of school. What should you do from 4-8 PM??
Please see the event flyer from Blast Off Bay . Attendees will need to show proof by either having this picture on their phone or having a small flyer.
They will be charging normal price for everyone else, but anybody that has this picture will get in at the $10 rate.
A photographer from Strawbridge Studios will be at OAK Street TOMORROW to photograph your child's spring pictures as well as classroom pictures. Order forms will be coming home soon or you can log on to Strawbridge.net and use the code FM452439 for individual photos or FM456970 for classroom group photos.
It was a day full of sweet moments here at Oak Street, and it started out perfectly with a Tiger Ticket Drawing. These cuties all won today. We also had an additional student in the bunch that won last week when she was sick. We couldn't have her miss out on her moment to feel the love! Speaking of love, we love that they were able to earn tickets when we were only able to attend school three days this week. That truly makes this prize extra special. Happy Valentine's Day!

We have decided to keep our Skate Night scheduled for tonight!! With the snow and temperatures, it's likely to be indoor recess this week so bring those kiddos out tonight and let them burn off some energy!! Oak Street PTO's Skate Night is TONIGHT!!! Since we have a snow day & will hopefully be back tomorrow, we’ll serve pancakes & sausage patties tomorrow & corn dog nuggets on Friday.
